Warranty & Terms and Conditions of Sale

All devices sold by Elites Gadgets henceforth referred to as the reseller are subject to the terms and conditions laid herein.

The reseller is essentially promising to cover mechanical and electrical failures that keep your device from doing its job i.e functioning normally. It means that if your device arrives with a damaged display or you run into specific battery issues, software issues, or other manufacturer induced anomalies you can file for a replacement unit. In that case, the reseller will repair or replace within the warranty period stated. Unless the reseller determines that you are to blame or that you have invalidated your warranty somehow.
There are no cash refunds on all purchased goods you can only file for replacement or repair of the purchased device.

To consumable parts, such as batteries or protective coatings that are designed to diminish over time.
To damage caused by but not limited to submersion in water, accident, abuse, misuse, fire, liquid contact, earthquake or other external cause;
To defects caused by normal wear and tear or otherwise due to the normal aging of the device.
To damage caused by use with a third party component or product that does not meet the Product's specifications ;
To damage caused by by the user by dropping in water or onto a hard surface resulting in the cracking of the screen and/or back glass, or dents, or tampering with the phone or attempting a repair yourself, or pursuing repairs from other technicians, In any of these cases, the reseller will by no means be obliged to stick to the warranty and the warranty is immediately nullified.
